• Reservations: 2 weeks notice (14 days) prior to your arrival and your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee.

• Special Events and Holidays: 1 month notice (30 days) prior to your arrival and your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
  (excluding Dinah Shore)
• Dinah Shore: 2 months notice (60 days) prior to your arrival and your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation.
