Cancellation Policy:

All rooms at the Queen of Hearts and Desert Hearts Inn are subject to the following firm cancellations policies:

Reservations: 1 night deposit upon booking. Deposit is non refundable unless a 1 month (30 days)notice is given prior to your arrival. If you give a 1 month notice (30 days) prior to your arrival your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee per room. Upon check-in a charge will be taken for the remaining balance of your stay.

Cancellations 7 days or less prior to your arrival date will be charged the full amount of your original booked stay. (This excludes Holidays, Special Events and Dinah Shore) Special Events (i.e. Weddings, Private Parties) and Holidays: 1/2 deposit required upon booking. Remaining balance due one month before arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable unless 3 months notice (90 days) is given prior to your arrival. If you give a 3 month notice (90 days) your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee per room.

Dinah Shore : 1/2 deposit required upon booking. Remaining balance due one month before arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable unless 3 months notice (90 days) is given prior to your arrival. If you give a 3 months (90 days) notice your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee per room.

* All rates are based on double occupancy and subject to city hotel taxes. Each additional person will be a $50.00 per night charge.
